Upgrading IWR from 7.4 to 7.5: The load of the databases failed

Troubleshooting


Problem

IWR 7.4 dsdump produces a .xml dump file, but IWR 7.5 dsload is unable to load it.

Symptom

IWR 7.4 dsdump command produces a .xml dump file
"...\cer5\bin\dsdump" -db "...\cer5\iwr\database\iwr74.db" -fn dump.xml -v all -l dump.log

IWR 7.5 dsload command is unable to load the .xml file
"...\cer6\bin\dsload" -fn dump.xml -un Administrator -pw "password" -db
"...\cer6\iwr\database\IWR75.db" -up
