Troubleshooting
Problem
Upgrading IBM Engineering Test Management (ETM) to version 7.x results in errors "Item Handle must not be null" in the async_migration.log file.
Symptom
Your async_migration.log file contains the following error messages:
[qm: AsynchronousTaskRunner-1 @@ 12:12] ERROR com.ibm.rqm.asynchronous.migration.framework - Unable to migrate Artifact: itemId [[UUID <uuid>]] stateId [[UUID <uuid>]] streamUUID [<uuid>] java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Item Handle must not be null at com.ibm.team.repository.service.internal.RepositoryItemService.fetchItem(RepositoryItemService.java:742)
