The Upgrade_6x script for the IBM Business Process Manager (BPM) results in failed to initialize the ORB exception while building mapping file

Troubleshooting

Problem

When you run the upgrade_6x script you get a failed to initialize the ORB exception while building the mapping file.

Symptom

You see the following exception information:
