Troubleshooting
Problem
In Information Server 11.3, 11.5 and 11.7, there are situations that necessitate upgrading or changing the location of the GSKit version that is used within the product. GSKit is used for both encryption and SSL commununication.
Symptom
Job reports failure code 139 or Job status=96
