Troubleshooting
Problem
When you attempt to upgrade the m2e (Maven Integration for Eclipse) plugin in IBM® Rational® Software Architect Designer (RSAD) v9.6.0 to Maven v1.7, you get the following error: Cannot complete the installation because of a conflicting dependency.
Symptom
