Problem
This technote provides the steps for updating a trigger in the IBM Rational RequisitePro database, which passes information to Rational Requirements Composer when the integration is enabled.
Resolving The Problem
To update the trigger used by Rational RequisitePro for the integration with Rational Requirements Composer, perform the following steps:
- Close all Rational RequisitePro sessions that have access to the database.
- Backup the Rational RequisitePro database.
- Extract all files from the attached file "UpdateTrigger.zip".
- Open the folder corresponding to the database management system (DBMS) to be updated, and update the trigger by following the steps described in the README file.
