Troubleshooting
Problem
When execute updatedb.bat, the updatedb process won't start although the Maximo server has been stopped successfully
Symptom
From DOS command prompt , go to <maximo root directory>\tools\maximo,
Type "updatedb"
an error message prompt:
MXServer is running. It must be down to run UPDATEDB.
Even if you reboot the server and make sure that no MAXIMO Server is running, you still get the same error.
