Updatedb fails with error: Script class or text file for V7602_01 does not exist.

Troubleshooting


Problem

After applying Maximo fixpack 7.6.0.4 on top of Control Desk 7.6 (TPAE 7.6.0.1), the configuration tool fails with the following error: ERROR: Script class or text file for V7602_01 does not exist. Please contact system administrator.

Symptom

V7602_01 file does not exist in the location <Maximo_Install_Location>\maximo\tools\maximo\en\eam.

In the updatedb.log file you will see an error similar to the following :

ERROR: Script class or text file for V7602_01 does not exist. Please contact system administrator. at psdi.tools.RunScripts(RunScripts.java: 150)
