Symptom
When installing the IBM i Access for Windows service pack users can see an error stating an update is required to install the service pack

IBM i Access for Windows was withdrawn from all support on April 30, 2019. The following information is provided as is and is no longer verified or tested.
Users will need follow instructions on the Access for Windows website to download the latest MS updates for Visual C++ 2005 Redistributables.
