Unknown Error if View History Option is Used

Problem

Is there a reason I receive an error while trying to use the "View History" option?

Symptom

In upgraded versions of SCCD, in the Asset application on the side navigation bar, there is an option for "View History". When this option is used an error is thrown. The error is:

BMXAA4214E - An unknown error has occurred. Please contact your system administrator for assistance. Gather the logs from the <HOME> directory and determine where and why the error is thrown.

The View History option available was designed to be used to show navigation history for assets viewed when on the Relationships tab. When on the Relationships tab and the user has navigated multiple assets, the view history can be used to show all of the relationships (parent, child) for all of the assets they have looked at. It was not designed to display all history for the Asset.
