Problem
This document details the steps necessary to resolve "Unique Constraint" errors received while using Workflow.
Symptom
The user is trying to Route a Workflow assignment or put new records into Workflow and receives the error:
Database error number 1 has occurred when operating on
WFASSIGNMENT Assignment=203,119 Process=WOTEST Process
Revision=2 Workflow ID=27,555 Node ID=11
ORA-00001: unique constraint (MAXIMO,WFASSIGNMENTU_NDX) violated
At this point they are unable to process records through Workflow.
