Troubleshooting
Problem
"[GetLastError=0x0]" occurs when you run the IBM Rational Functional Tester (RFT) IDE.
Symptom
The error message reads as follows.
A problem occurred
Unhandled event loop exception
Cannot get count [GetLastCount=0x0]
When you restart RFT, the following message opens.
An error has occurred. See the log file
C:\...\workspace\.metadata\.log
The caption of the message box is: Eclipse .
