Troubleshooting
Problem
On rare occasions, you might notice that data in some Cognos Analytics reports is not sorted. At the same time, sorting is enabled in the report source data module, which is indicated by the Members property on columns set to Automatic.
Resolving The Problem
To resolve the issue, manually change the Members property to Enabled in the following way:
- Open the report source data module.
- Locate the columns where the sorting issue occurs.
- For each affected column, in its Properties pane, on the General tab, set the Members property to Enabled.
- Save the data module, and run the report.
