To resolve the error, you should do the following:

1.End iSeries Navigator
2.At R530 and earlier, delete the OpNav.Java.User.ser file from the PC. At R540 and later releases, delete Unity.Toolkit.User$UserID.ser

Where 'UserID' is in the name of the file. Usually, these files are located in: C:\Documents and Settings\AllUsers\Documents\IBM\Client Access\Config

4.Bring up iSeries Navigator, and attempt Run SQL Scripts again.
