Problem
Customer was installing GDPS and found the GEOXCFST started task failed.
Symptom
IEF450I GEOXCFST GEOXCFST - ABEND=S000 U1002 REASON=00000000
Cause
This abend is an XCF 'JOIN ERROR', and indicates that the specified XCF member is already active.
There is already a GEOXCFST started task active on the system.
Resolving The Problem
Ensure there is only 1 GEOXCFST started task active on any system at any one time.
