Problem
Multi page TIFF images uploaded as part of a Multi Content type document can not be properly displayed using the "Image Viewer" provided by the FileNet Application Engine/Workplace.
Symptom
Customer has uploaded two TIFF images, both multi page, as Multi Content Document Type.
While trying to view the image using "Image Viewer" they are able to see only the first page of both of the images.
If the customer uploads the image as part of a Document type, all of the pages of the TIFF image are visible.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Add multiple Content Element document to Object Store.
- Add the first element as a multi page TIFF image.
- Add a second element as a text file or a TIFF image.
- Try to view the file in Workplace.
- Only first page of TIFF image can be viewed
Expected Results:
- All pages of the multi page TIFF image should be viewable.
