Problem

Unable to upload document(s) using WorkplaceXT. When uploading, the applet is displaying and staying "Uploading..." message.

Symptom

Cause

Document uploading folder does not have the user's correct permission

Environment

Ensure the document uploading folder has the user's read and write access
