Unable to upload documents to FileNet

Troubleshooting


Problem

User was getting the below error message while uploading documents through ACCE.
ENG FNRCE0001E - ERROR MethodName: checkCreateInstancePermission, PrincipalName: srveapiclmd, GlobalTxn: true, UserTxn: false, ExceptionMsg: The requester has insufficient access rights to perform the requested
operation. Not granted CREATE INSTANCE permission.
