Problem
Error "Cache LOCHI could not be initialized" might be encountered when attempting to turn the Admin Mode OFF.
Instead of LOCHI you may also see a different Object such as MAXIFACEIN .
Symptom
The following error shows in the log file:
[ERROR] [MAXIMO] [] BMXAA6445E - Cache LOCHI could not be initialized. Log out and then log in again to refresh your database connection.

It is possible to turn Admin Mode OFF from the command prompt by following these steps:
- Open the command prompt from the machine where Maximo is installed
- Go to '\IBM\SMP\maximo\tools\maximo\internal'
- Run the command SetAdminMode -mOFF
