Windows OS Agent, on Windows 2012, the agent does not start.
The NT agent logs are not created / updated
Diagnosing The Problem
In reviewing the pdcollect, the kntenv file was incomplete, missing entries.
Resolving The Problem
Copying a kntenv file from a working Windows OS Agent, replacing the one in C:\IBM\ITM\TMAITM6_x64 directory, reconfiguring the agent resolved the problem.
