Troubleshooting
Problem
This document explains how to solve the problem of an e-mail failing to be sent when including an attachment over a specific size.
Resolving The Problem
When sending e-mail attachments over a certain size, the e-mail does not get delivered. You should check the POP attributes for the message split size with the command CHGPOPA F4 prompt and change it to a value larger than the attachment.
You can set the value to *NOMAX if you do not want to stop any size attachment from being sent then recycle the SMTP server after modifying that value.
