Troubleshooting
Problem
Unable to run a report accessing a mySQL 5.x database.
Symptom
Either error occured or the report service is not available afterwards.
Error message:
RQP-DEF-0177
An error occurred while performing operation 'sqlPrepareWithOptions' status='-9'.
Details:
UDA-SQL-0107 A general exception has occurred during the operation "prepare".
[MySQL][ODBC 5.1 Driver][mysqld-5.0.45-Debian_1ubuntu3.4-log] Commands out of sync; you can't run this command now.
