Problem
When rolling back a patch, we received the following error: Receive the following error: "EPatcgInstaller92228: Patch Rollback_patchname does not permit rollback because it has changes that cannot be reversed"
Symptom
InstallUpdate -rollback <patch name> -force
Receive the following error:
"EPatcgInstaller92228: Patch Rollback_patchname does not permit rollback because it has changes that cannot be reversed"
