Troubleshooting
Problem
While attempting to create a DB2 Data Type, after verifying the DB2 Data Source connection is successful, the following message appears in the GUI: "Unable to query database for auto discovery!".
Symptom
The following message appear in the impactserver.log file:
ERROR [DataModelUIResource] Unable to query database for auto discovery! com.micromuse.common.util.NetcoolException: Unable to query database for auto discovery!
Caused by: com.ibm.db2.jcc.am.SqlException: DB2 SQL Error: SQLCODE=-443, SQLSTATE=38553, SQLERRMC=SYSIBM.SQLTABLES;TABLES;SYSIBM:CLI:-805
