Troubleshooting
Problem
When trying to open a websheet in TM1Web, an error is displayed. Other workbooks/websheets in the environment open successfully.
Symptom
Error occurred while converting the MS Excel workbook into XML format : Unspecified Error (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80004005 (E_FAIL))
Users may also see the following message:
File does not exists: <tm1 path to Websheet>
