Problem
When creating a new datastore in IBM Cognos Planning Contributor Administration Console (CAC), after changing the provider driver details under 'Advanced' from SQLOLEDB to SQLNCLI, you see an error:
"Unable to open connection using string 'Provider=SQLOLEDB;Data Source=
Symptom
