Problem
The Case Builder displays blank page after IBM Business Automation Workflow upgrade to 21.0.3. The NullPointerException is logged in SystemOut log file.

Symptom
The outcome of versionInfo command shows the Business Automation Workflow version is 21.0.3. But the Ping Page shows the old version of the Business Automation Workflow product as well as the Case API build.
