Troubleshooting
Problem
When running nco_sql, the following error is received:
$ cd $OMNIHOME/bin
$ ./nco_sql -u root -s NCOMS
Password:
Unable to open buffer file.
$ ./nco_sql -u root -s NCOMS
Password:
Unable to open buffer file.
