Unable to open any Contributor application on the web

Troubleshooting


Problem

Cannot launch any Contributor application on the web. Nothing relevant in the planningerrorlog. All users experience the same behaviour, and is apparent on every server and client machine. Page Initialization (at client) error Component error: (0x0) Component description: this is caused by a SOAP error response - but detailed error information is not available Script catching error: planning00.htm::continueLoad All other errors/error stack: (errorCatch) planning00.htm::continueLoad:catch
