Troubleshooting
Problem
We are not able to logon to our eDiscovery Manager web client using LDAP users. However, we are able to logon using non-LDAP users. We are using a Content Manager repository.
Symptom
Your edmapp log shows errors similar to the following:

Resolving The Problem
eDiscovery Manager uses II4C (CM APIs) to connect to Content Manager (CM). The above error indicates that II4C cannot connect to CM when using LDAP users.
- Make sure you have performed all the required configuration for LDAP on the CM side
- Make sure you can connect to your CM repository with the non-LDAP user using the II4C sample SConnectDisconnectICM.java successfully
