Unable to login ACCE

Troubleshooting


Problem

We were facing an issue when we tried to log in to IBM ECM Admin Console for Content Platform Engine (ACCE) intermittently. This happened almost 80% of the time when trying to login to ACCE. When tried to relogin couple of times, it would succeed.

Symptom

Error message:
FNRAC1008E
Unable to get data from server

Exception details:
SECURITY_ANONYMOUS_DISALLOWED
