Troubleshooting
Problem
After setting the following property to enable object structure authorization spatial maps failed to load.
mxe.int.enableosauth=1
Symptom
After enabling the property, when you attempt to open a map in Work Execution or Inspections you will receive an error stating the following in your maximo logs as well as on screen with the device, you may also receive a blank white page or a message that no enabled map for your site could be found.
BMXAA9301E - The user of the transaction is not authorized for Object Structure {1}. Configure authorization in the object structure application and grant necessary access to the user.
