Problem
Unable to launch IBM ECM FileNet Enterprise Manager(FEM).
Symptom
Not even able to see FEM logon window and the following error was thrown:
Error - Enterprise Manager was unable to obtain class information about module: FNCE.EMNetwork.
Error code: 0x8000ffff
