Unable to launch Controller client from Citrix StoreFront

Troubleshooting


Problem

User is able to successfully access the Citrix website but gets an error when trying to launch the Controller client from the StoreFront

Symptom

Error received:
"Unable to connect to the server. Contact your system administrator with the following error. SSL Error 47; Attempted to connect using the (TLS v1.2) protocol(s). The server rejected the connection."
