Problem
IBM Rational Functional Tester extension is not getting installed in Visual Studio even after selecting the 'Microsoft Visual Studio 20xx Integration' feature in Installation Manager.
Symptom
The File -> New -> Functional Test Project Menu item is not visible if the Rational Functional Tester extension is not installed correctly.
