Unable to Generate PM Work Orders

Troubleshooting


Problem

Refetch error during PM work orders generation.

Symptom

This happens to PMs in one site only.

In Maximo 7.1 users receive the error: "BMXAA4200E - Record has been updated by another user. Refetch and try again."


In Maximo 7.5 users receive the error: "BMXAA3210E - Failure while generating work orders. null"
