Problem
This technote explains how to resolve an Unable to extend table error that could occur in IBM® Rational® ClearQuest® with Oracle databases.
Symptom
Error adding or changing a record in an Oracle database:
Unable to extend table <table name> by 128 in tablespace <table space name>
