Unable to export users error when exporting libraries in Analyst

Troubleshooting


Problem

When executing a deployment from the Contributor Admnistrative Console, performed the following steps: From the CAC->Tools->Deployment->Export Model->Select entire environment (Planning Store and Analyst Libraries) and receives the below error message:

Symptom

Unable to export users
Caused by java.lang.ArrayIndexOutofBounds.Exception.Array index out of
range: 1 at com.cognos.ep.planningnetworktransfer.Export.exportUsers
