Unable to execute published data movement task from IBM Cognos Connection in Cognos Express 10.1.1

Troubleshooting


Problem

Since upgrading from Cognos Express 9.5 to 10.1.1 it is no longer possible to run published data movement tasks from the Cognos Express IBM Cognos Connection portal. Attempting to execute the build via the data movement service from within Data Manager results in an error. This works with Cognos Express 9.5 and Data Manager 8.4.1 but not with Cognos Express 10.1.1 and Data Manager 10.1.1 Data Manager has been configured to point to the Cognos Express gateway and dispatcher. The data movement tasks are published successfully but cannot be run.
