Unable to edit a QBR after saving it

Troubleshooting


Problem

Attempts to save a QBR in a specific application using IBM Maximo Asset management results in the inability to edit the saved QBR after the fact.

Symptom

You can save the QBR, but the Edit button is not present and therefore this QBR cannot be edited. Since this functionality is working in other applications we know it should also work in this application, yet it does not.
