Unable to display Admin Console after login with HTTP ERROR 503

Troubleshooting


Problem

On a fresh installation of IBM Sterling B2B Integrator , after login to dashboard as admin, user is getting the following error message: HTTP ERROR 503, SERVICE_UNAVAILABLE, RequestURI=/ws/Login, Powered by jetty:// The install took place on AIX 6.1 server with the use of DB2 9.7. When clicking on Operator and Advanced File Transfer tabs, the display has no issues.
