Troubleshooting
Problem
Customer wants to use a different DB2 server. Therefore, customer creates a backup of the Controller database, and restores this onto the 'new' DB2 server. Administrator launches "Controller Configuration" and opens database connection, and makes changes so that Controller points to the new location. Administrator then launches the "Database Conversion Utility" (DbConv), but receives an error message. If the administrator acknowledges this error, then the database conversion utility will show the database version to be 0 (zero).
Symptom
DbConv
INFORMATION: Unable to determine current database version
