Problem
IBM® Rational® RequisitePro® client for Web (RequisiteWeb) users receive errors when creating requirements from Word documents in the French version of Microsoft® Office 2007 SP2 on French versions of Microsoft Windows Vista® SP2 and Windows Server® 2008 SP2.
Symptom
After taking a Word document offline, creating requirements in the document, and bringing it back online, an error occurs:

When editing a Word document online, creating new requirements in the document, and saving the document, an error occurs:

Environment
French versions of Office 2007 SP2 with Windows Vista SP2, or with Windows Server 2008 SP2.
Resolving The Problem
To avoid the error, you can remove SP2 from Windows Vista or Windows Server 2008 and go back to SP1, or remove SP2 from Office 2007.
