Problem
After configuring the repository in ICN an error is received when attempting to connect to the CPE
Symptom
The following error is received in the ICN interface:
The repository is not available.
The repository server might not be running, or the repository might not be configured correctly in the administration tool.
In the ICN SystemOut.log the following error is seen:

com.filenet.api.exception.EngineRuntimeException: FNRCA0032E: API_UNEXPECTED_JNDI_ERROR: The JNDI cannot be accessed. Message was: Context: <CellName>Node01Cell/nodes/<NodeName>Node01/servers/serverCPE, name: FileNet/Engine/: First component in name Engine/ is not a context
Caused by: org.omg.CosNaming.NamingContextPackage.NotFound: IDL:omg.org/CosNaming/NamingContext/NotFound:1.0

Cause
When configuring the Repository to connect to CPE the following is used:
iiop://host_name:port_number/FileNet/Engine
The issue was the host_name was all uppercase when it should have been lowercase as the entire sequence is case sensitive.
