Problem
If you attempt to create a database connection from the Rational ClearQuest Eclipse RCP client, the operation may fail with an error message.
Symptom
You cannot create a database connection from the Rational ClearQuest Eclipse RCP client. If you attempt to create a database connection from the Rational ClearQuest Eclipse RCP client, you may see the following error message:
We were unable to connect to the schema repository to get the list of user database. Please contact your ClearQuest administrator for assistance.
