Problem

Unable to connect to MSSQLServer using JDBC Datasource
SQL server driver has been placed in the drivers directory.
Testing the connection generates the error message:
XQE-DS-0006 Unable to logon to the data source.
The driver could not establish a secure connection to SQL Server by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption.
Error: SQL Server did not return a response. The connection has been closed.
