Problem

Unable to access SSP Dashboard 

Symptom

Logging to Sterling Secure Proxy (SSP) Dashboard gives the error:
"This site can’t provide a secure connection, XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX uses an unsupported protocol ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH" where XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX is the IP AdDress used.
