Unable to access live.com (Hotmail/Outlook) when Outbound SSL is enabled on QRadar Network Security sensors

Troubleshooting


Problem

When Outbound SSL Inspection is enabled and set to decrypt traffic going to live.com (such as to Hotmail and Outlook), the page might appear unreachable as the SSL decryption on the QRadar Network Security (XGS) sensor is failing.
