Problem

Importing a type tree script file (mts) from the Type tree maker importer option in a Type designer results in analysis errors as below: =================== Error 2 reference 8: Invalid syntax in command line. Error 2 reference 10: Invalid syntax in command line. Error 2 reference 12: Invalid syntax in command line.

Symptom

Importing a type tree from Type tree maker importer in a Type designer results in analysis errors as below:

Cause

This has been identified as a product defect under APAR PI50705

Diagnosing The Problem

Importing a type tree from Type tree maker importer option in a Type designer results in analysis errors as below:

Resolving The Problem

Applying the APAR fix resolves the issue.
