Troubleshooting


Problem

This document provides help to users willing to create a Work Log in the work order records

Symptom

You may encounter a scenario where you created a security group that has read and save access to Work Order Tracking, and then, users from that security group are not able to create a Work Log.

You will get an error message like this :

BMXAA7136E - Validation failed when the database default values were set. See the associated message for more information.
BMXAA4190E - Type CLIENTNOTE is not in the value list.
